Hermes launched the Jypsiere in the Fall/Winter 2008 collection, created under the artistic direction of Jean-Paul Gaultier. The design reflects the free-spirited energy of a Gypsy and focuses on mobility and practicality. It draws inspiration from the Birkin with its swivel clasp, straps, and brackets but stands out with a thicker, rounded strap for a casual feel.
Crafted from 100% calf leather.
Features a front flap with swivel latch closure.
Comes with a comfortable shoulder pad and an adjustable strap featuring five holes.
The inside is leather-lined with two cell phone pockets, one flat pocket, and one zippered pocket.
